What is Off-Standard Job/Activity in Garments Industry

In a standard shift, an operator gets 8 hours or 480 minutes. But all of these minutes are not used to produce garments. The activities done without producing garments within the specific time are known as Off Standard jobs or activities. Some examples of Off Standard activities are given below.
