As per company capacity and production, we have to set how many finishing pieces need per day.

 

Calculate Manpower Requirements in Finishing Section

By the following formula, we can calculate  Manpower Requirements in Finishing Section.
Manpower Required in a Finishing Process = Daily Target Quantity/ Worker Daily capacity
Let's say for a process,
Daily Target = 3000 Pcs.
Worker capacity of that process = 800
Then,
Manpower Required in That Process = 3000/800 = 3.75 ~ 4
 
If we currently have 2 operators, we need more 4-2 =  2 operators for that process.
